I am Ligita Kranauskienė, a creator from the wonderful country of Lithuania.
My passion and driving force throughout my life is various creations. From food - I grow organic vegetables (the most amazing and delicious food in the world!) - to making dolls and other arts and crafts. Five years ago, I created the LKdolls brand on the Facebook social network, which represent handmade products. Over time, I decided to transfer my work to my personal website. And here it is - www.lkdolls.lt is here! I hope this page fulfills my desire to facilitate the availability and visibility of my works for you.

I get this question a lot - why my dolls don’t have a nose or mouth?
These interior dolls’ faces exhibit a unique feature - rosy cheeks with little black dots for the eyes. It’s easy to recognize and remember them: they differ from other dolls. Two black dots and pink cheeks became somewhat of a signature look. There’s a meaning from a philosophical point of view, why the doll doesn't have a mouth: that way she doesn't project any emotion of her own, and so is able to accept the mood of her owner. The dollie will always mirror the mood of the owner! So always let your kid to express their emotions, whatever it might be. Sometimes kids draw lips on their dolls, and mothers get upset because they assume that the doll is ruined. But it’s not true! Your kid cannot ruin my dolls - they can only improve them, because your kid is unique and welcome to express themselves. Let your little girl draw on the doll’s face. That way, the doll will be even more beautiful, more wonderful and only one of a kind.
