Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
All returned goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all original tags, in the original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all taxes incurred and no refunds will be issued.
We do not accept returns on items that have been shipped directly without prior notification. Any addresses on the package are not confirmed as a return address. Packages returned without a return address approved by customer service representatives will not be refunded. Shipping costs for return packages are non-refundable.
You can easily return, exchange or exchange for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You ship the return at your own expense and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If the order is confirmed to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We process returns within 7 days.
We do not accept an order cancellation request once the product has been shipped.
